Two piece units are put together with Grade 8 Bolts

Storm Shelter / Safe Room Refund Policy:

There are no refunds on Storm Shelters or Safe Rooms due to the extreme weight and difficulty to uninstall.

Storm Shelter Accessories Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a storm shelter accessory, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. There will also be 10% restocking fee.
